Strategic Planning for the Future of Insurance

One of the most 'futures' orientated industries in the world is the Insurance sector. Few sectors have such a deliberate and ongoing look at emerging issues the way the Insurance Sector does, with perhaps only the high end security sector paying more attention on a daily basis. Last week I conducted an advanced Strategic Planning Session with Resilium Insurance looking at emerging customer issues and challenges

It was a focused group of 15 people with great track records of helping customers understand their needs and catering for them. As an entity, Resilium Insurance were keen to explore the emerging landscape of insurance - how they make sure their products meet their clients' needs, the kind of changes being brought by legislation, environmental changes and community expectations, and some of the broader
 requirements of Strategic Planning for an always changing industry sector.

If this group is anything to go by, Reslium Insurance should be able to adapt to any circumstance whilst ensuring the develop and grow a successful business
